Hi I’m Matt, and welcome to your journey towards a healthier, happier, more mindful you! As an experienced practitioner, I’m proud to offer bespoke and personalised Mindfulness and Bodywork Teaching and Coaching for all Adults and Young People.
We all can perhaps, at times, feel overwhelmed, anxious, lost, burnt out or even just disconnected from our lived experience. My work in Wellness offers an integrative, compassionate and accessible approach to Mindfulness and Bodywork that empowers you to re- engage, gain agency, and improve your mental and physical health by developing attitudes and practices that sustain rather than drain.

One to One Mindfulness
I offer individual, flexible and personal Mindfulness courses. We will work one to one online, or in person. Developing and maintaining positive, accessible and achievable goals and strategies through Mindfulness practices and activities all built around your needs. Outside of our sessions you will have access to full recordings made by myself of all your personalised meditations and activities for home practice. This work offers a unique approach to mindfulness designed just for you.
Mindful Movement and Bodywork
Developed over 15 years of training and practice in Dance, Somatics, Embodied Practice and Mindfulness I offer a unique system of gentle, accessible movement aimed at increasing holistic bodily wellbeing. We will create your own personalised program of movement to boost fitness and health alongside developing and sustaining a positive, authentic relationship with your body.
Workshops and Group Work
I offer a range of formal and informal group programs and workshops throughout the year. Ranging in focus from Restorative Meditation to Mindful Movement, workshops and groups are open to all and curated to allow access and inclusivity for all participants. They take place both online and in person. Please do get in touch for further details.
Education, Schools, and the Workplace
I have worked across a broad range of Education settings for many years, engaging with all ages and needs and in a variety of roles. I offer workshops, courses and activity days for children and young people (as well as their teachers and leaders!) All workshops are developed according to the needs of your students and staff and provide a fun, accessible way to introduce Mindfulness as a fantastic learning tool both within and outside the classroom.

Who you’ll work with
I’m Matt (BAHons) a Mindfulness and Wellbeing Practitioner based in beautiful Devon, England. My journey began with my early professional training as a dancer, which led to a keen interest in, and the study of Embodied practice, Somatics, Mindfulness, Meditation and Mind/Body connectivity. For the last 15 years I’ve worked in a range of online and in person therapeutic, professional and education settings with diverse groups and individuals. Teaching, sharing and supporting others in Mindfulness, Wellbeing and Body Work. I hold an Enhanced DBS, undertake regular CPD and further training and believe and practice a compassion based, trauma informed approach that encourages all clients and participants to develop, embrace and, sustain life long wellness.
